I have crippling anxiety. It’s grown worse since I’ve set two fires. But I’m tired of eating takeout and microwaveable food. Can anyone give me any easy recipes? The less time I have to use the stove/oven the better. And vegetarian/vegan recipes would be very appreciated since the thought of undercooking meat scares me very much.
