As I got big sweet potatoes from my colleague, I made three kinds of Japanese sweets. Those are not special but taste so great. I hope you like it!

◇Imo-Yokan (芋羊羹) -Sweet potato -Agar powder 2g -Water: 100ml -Sugar: 80g -Salt: A little
◇Toffee sweet potatoes (大学芋) -Sweet potato -Cooking oil: Some -Sugar: 2tbsp -Soy sauce: 1tbsp -Mirin: 1tbsp -Black-seeded sesame: A little
