I was in Kentucky a couple years ago and had these amazing green beans that I have never had before and can’t find a recipe for. I had them at a buffet style dinner. The beans themselves were wide and flat. They tasted like green beans but didn’t look like what we traditionally have where I live. I’m pretty sure they were not sugar snap or snow peas. I think they were served with just butter and some seasoning. Does anyone know what I’m describing? Thanks!!
