Oats jaggery cookies (Sugar Free ) :
Eggless Oats jaggery cookies give amazing flavor with cardamom, cinnamon, nuts and sweetened with jaggery. These cookies are sugar-free but have batter flavor.
Oats jaggery cookies are:
- Made up of whole grains.
- Pack with fiber
- Sugar-free
- Eggless and very easy to make.
How long to bake cookies?
18 minutes at 350F°: for make cookies soft
20 minutes at 350F°: for make crispy
22 minutes at 350F°: for make cookies extra crispy
How to store cookies?
- Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
- Now place in a container a room temperature.
- They have a good flavor for 2 weeks.

into a larger bowl add “atta, rolled Oats, baking powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder , and salt.

now mix these all things till combined.

now sifted powdered jaggery and use this in the recipe don’t skip the sifting because of this is very important.

now in the bowl mix or use your hand mixer at room temperature butter and powdered jaggery.

now by using the hand mixer beat the butter and jaggery till well combined and creamy, for 2-3 minutes.

now add milk and mix it till combined.

now add in the flour Oats mixture.

now mix all these things till all combine together. Now add in nuts.

now mix it because u add nuts. It will be wet and sticky.

now Pick a small portion around 40-45 grams and roll it and make it a round shape.

to make a circle press it from between. You will get 14-15 cookies.

now on the prepared baking sheet arranged all the cookies and bake all the cookies at 350F° degrees for 18-20 minutes

You can also bake cookies for 22-25 minutes for extra crisper.
