Ingredients:
2 thin slices muenster cheese
1 cup milk
Directions:
1.Pour cup of milk in a pan
2.Put on stovetop with low-medium heat
3.Add 2 thin slices of muenster cheese
Stir until cheese melts into milk. You will see oil bubbles from the non-polar lipids in the cheese creating a gradient with the polar milk.
very simple, delicious with filet mignon
