I was planning on making some mussels but I couldn't find any in the shell for the life of me, so in a pinch I got some already pre-cooked mussels out of the shell. Most recipes require steaming the mussels in the shell but I was wondering if there was something for when they're out? Can be as simple or creative as you want.
