Hey friends!
We have a looooot of leftover cheese from our New Years Day tray. Brie, parm, Gorgonzola, pecorino, and more.
Besides good old Mac n cheese, is there anything else I can do with it to use it all? I’m googling recipes for this exact situation, but I always love personal recommendations after too many Pinterest fails.
Everything is in ziplock baggies - how long will it keep?
