My grandfather is in the end stages of cancer and can no longer eat solid food so he's on a sad nursing home mushy food diet because he no longer has the strength to chew. I'm going to see him this weekend and want to make him something that he can actually enjoy (thankfully he still has an appetite). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
