3-Ingredient Healthy Vegetarian Pancakes

Ingredients

Makes about 4-5 pancakes

Oat flour – 1 cup (Just add oats to a blender)
Ripe banana – 1 medium-size
Plant-based milk – 1 cup

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the frying pan at medium heat.
  4. Add enough mixture to the pan to make a small-sized pancake (I usually make 2 at the same time)
  5. Flip pancake after 3 minutes.
  6. Continue until you are out of the mixture.
  7. Enjoy with any toppings of your choice.
