Honestly until you eat this you will not believe how good it is.
Also the simplest recipe in the world.
Ingredients:
Boneless & Filleted Chicken Thighs
Mayonnaise
Panko Breadcrumbs
Salt + Pepper
Olive Oil
Buns & Condiments etc.
Recipe:
- Take chicken thighs and cut out the back part (The really fatty bit) and just use the larger front part (makes sense when you do it).
- Flatten very lightly. Just a light tenderising to make more of a flat burger shape, not flat like being driven over by an articulated lorry.
- Salt + Pepper Chicken and a separate bowl of Panko Breadcrumbs
- Dip in full fat mayonnaise
- Dip in Panko Breadcrumbs
- Place in hot frying pan with small amount of oil and turn to lightly brown breadcrumb coating on both sides. (3-4 minutes on both sides - may be less depending on the size of your chicken thighs)
- Once browned place in preheated oven at 200c for 10-12 minutes to finish off.
