Healthy chocolate peanut butter smoothie

I typically don’t like breakfast but lately, I’ve been drinking this every morning non stop.

1/2 a frozen ripe banana 2 tsp honey 2tsp preferred nut butter 2tsp pure cocoa powder 1/3 cup oats 2/3 cup preferred liquid

Viola! Low cal breakfast. Usually lasts me 2-3 hours!
