I have a panini press and bunch of balsamic glaze I need to use up before it goes bad, but the only panini recipe I know of that uses glaze is a Caprese (tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves). Anyone have other suggestions worth checking out? Preferably something that uses super common ingredients (ie NOT goat cheese or bruschetta or whatever) because the stores by my way are still mostly wiped out.
