Hello! For a school project, I need to look for 9 recipes (3 for breakfast, 3 for lunch, 3 for dinner). This wouldn't be too much of a hassle to find if it weren't for the requirements.
In one day, the person must consume: 4 cups of leafy greens, 4 cups of cooked veggies, 2 cups of fruits (and one of the cups must be berries), 1 cup of beans/legumes, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 cup MAXIMUM of grains/starchy vegetables, and 1/4 cup seeds/nuts that are NOT FLAX.
These recipes must be vegan as well and be adjusted to fit 1 serving.
I was thinking that maybe some members of this subreddit could perhaps reply with some of their own recipes that I could use because hunting for a recipe with these specific requirements and fulfilling all of those in one days worth of food is very difficult.
