INGREDIENTS
yogurt salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour yogurt and salt in cheese cloth and colander
- Wait for 2 days for it to drain all the liquid
- Form into balls on kitchen paper towel
- Roll in herbs (optional, I used sumac, dried mint, black sesame, cinnamon, and zaatar)
- Store in a jar with olive oil. Does NOT have to be refrigerated because all the liquid has been drained and the olive oil acts protects it from spoiling.
