Usually when I cook a turkey, I often use chicken broth for my stuffing as, if by the time I have enough turkey broth for cooking the stuffing, the turkey is already done and the stuffing hasn't even been started.
Ergo, I always used canned chicken broth. This year however, a few places are selling turkey broth and so I'm stocking up--I love the taste of turkey far more than chicken anyway, a nice fall taste to all my dishes.
Any recipes you have in mind that you think I should try turkey stock to?
