a friend of ours is giving us an entire deer's worth of venison, we are paying fro the processing. I've only cooked venison once - as a stew meat, and it was "OK"
I am hoping for more than just a "use it like pork or beef" bit of advice - I'm sure there must be specific venison recipes out there.
