This kind of came to me randomly as I was eating a bowl of Healthy Choice Beef Merlot. The smell reminded me of some delicious salsa I tried many, many years ago at Fiesta event in San Antonio, TX. I'm not one to just throw stuff together and see what happens (I know nothing about creating a recipe from scratch) so does anyone know a recipe for salsa that has Merlot wine or a similar flavoring? I guess it's possible Merlot was used in the cooking of the meat (i.e. fajitas) and that's what I was picking up.
