Attn Irish: Does anyone have the recipe for Veda Bread?

Hi everyone!

My Irish parents have been living in Australia for nearly 40 years. Unfortunately we aren’t able to buy the much-loved Veda Bread.

Does anyone have a good recipe to recreate this?
