So basically I have a recipe that goes like that :
10-1/4 oz diced Mozzarella
2-3/4 oz grated Parmesan
4-1/2 lb ripe tomatoes
And as a French European, I just don't understand what these refer to? I mean, I don't know how to write that in a oz/lb to grams converter, is it 10 times 1/4oz, or 10 minus 1/4 or... am I just dumb? Probably, but I can't figure it out!
