Garlic Pasta-Aglio e Olio.

*it's been a while since I made it so the measurement may be off. Please correct me if you see any!

Ingredients: 200g Pasta 3 cloves of garlic, minced finely 2 tablespoons of Olive oil some grated parm cheese for garnish later. Salt/pepper/parsley

  1. Boil Pasta. Easy right?

  2. While you boil pasta, heat your oil in medium heat. Add minced garlic when you put some tiny pinches of it and sizzles ligthly. Cook garlic until its lightly brown. DON"T BROWN IT!

  3. Drain pasta, and add it to oil/garlic pan.

  4. Stir well enough to coat noodles with garlic oil sauce, and done! Sprinkle some salt/pepper, and grated parm cheese.
