Hey guys. So my fiancée started gym last week and the one thing she finds hard to cut out of her diet is bread. I suggested looking at alternatives to bread, and she found some Sweet Potato flour at the local grocery store and bought it to give it a try.
We gave it a try and followed a standard Sandwhich loaf recipe and needless to say it came out terrible. I can only assume this is due to the sweet potato flour, but it hardly rose, and the bread itself is cracking and a bit hard to bite.
Can anyone suggest a recipe to make a loaf of Sandwhich bread with this Sweet Potato flour?
