Stuffed Roasted Turkey with Truffle Butter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • onion

  • orange

  • lemon

  • garlic

  • thyme

  • bay leaf

  • salt and pepper

  • one butter

  • truffle

  • parsley

  • olive oil

  • bread crumbs

  • pancetta

  • pine nuts

Preparation:

Prepare stuffing from chopped onion, orange, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, season with salt and pepper.

Take one butter and mix chopped truffle with it. Add parsley and touch of salt and pepper. Tablespoon of olive oil because it stops butter from burning. Take piping bag and fill it with this mixture.

Separate skin from meat, put pipe bag in and fill the turkey. Massage to spread this mixture. Salt and pepper over the turkey skin together with olive oil and put it in the oven to roast.

Take a pan and put pancetta, onion, thyme, pine nuts, butter. Put in a blender bread crumbs, orange and lemon peel. When mixture in the pan start browning sprinkle it with mix from the blender. Add lemon juice.

Take turkey out of the oven, cover it with aluminum foil and let it rest. Once cooled a little bit, carve it and put stuff from the pan over it. Amazing turkey is done!
