My dad gave me a pound of ground elk and I have no idea what to do with it. I thought about chili but that's kind of boring since I make venison chili a lot anyway. There are always burgers, but in the past when I've made elk burgers they just taste like... beef with a bit of venison mixed in.
What are some good recipes I could use to really bring out the elk flavor of this meat?
