Recipe: 4 mangoes, 300 ml whipping cream, 122g unsalted butter, 250g graham crackers, 375g cream cheese, 14g gelatin powder
Method: 1. Spread crumbs on pan to form crust 2. Whip cream cheese till smooth 3. Purée mangoes in blender and add to cream cheese mixture 4. Beat whipping cream until before soft peaks form 5. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture 6. Add dissolved gelatin into mixture and combine well 7. For jelly layer, add mango purée to dissolved gelatin 8. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture
