Beer onions: 1 medium Spanish onion 4 oz beer 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar Butter
Additional Veggies: 1 pepper 1/4 lb mushrooms Butter
As Well As: 1 lb skirt steak 2 Kaiser Buns More Butter
Directions:
To make your Philly Cheese Steak, you're going to start with the cheese sauce. Melt a half pound of cream cheese in a pan, follow it up with a cup of strong shredded cheddar. Incorporating both of those ingredients together, begin to add a half can of your choice of beer, all while stirring, add in a teaspoon of smoked paprika, a half teaspoon of chili flakes, a half teaspoon of cayenne and a tablespoon of mustard. Once you’ve achieved a thick consistency, set aside for later.
Julienne your Spanish onion thinly, add a tablespoon of butter and begin to sweat out your onions. Once your onions begin to become translucent add in a quarter can of beer, 1 tsp of salt and one tsp of sugar. Allow the beer to completely boil out. Remove the onions from the pan.
Thinly slice your peppers and mushrooms. Add another tablespoon of butter to your frying pan, and begin cooking your peppers on medium heat for about 3 minutes before adding the mushrooms to the pan, add more butter if necessary. Season and set aside.
Take your quick fry steak, pre salt and peppered again in a pan of butter begin to fry it to your preferred color. Allow the steak to rest of 2 minutes before slicing it thinly.
Toast and butter your buns and assemble your beastly two handed Philly Beer Cheesesteak!
