Chunky Guacamole

Ingredients, Recipe, & Instructions!

3 ripe avocados
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tbsp of fresh lime juice or lemon juice
2 Tbsp of white onions
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped

Cut the avocados in half. Remove seed. Score the inside of the avocado with a knife and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Squeeze some lime juice and then mash with a fork. (Don't overdo it though! The guacamole should be a little chunky.)

Then chop up some onions, tomatoes, and cilantro, throw it into the avocados and mix!

Salt to taste.

Serve immediately or refrigerate it till you serve.
