Crispy grapefruit and yogurt cup for a good breakfast

When we walk in a hurry usually we end up eating breakfast first thing we caught to run to work, and often it is not recommended. So now, nothing better than getting used to a good breakfast like this crisp grapefruit and yogurt cup, where four ingredients we achieve a good combination to pull energy all morning.

For everyone knows the virtues of each of the components of this recipe, so set a goal to bring you a healthy breakfast your body the best of each.

Instructions: 1. Begin peeling the grapefruit, then separate the slices and remove the white parts. Cut the fruit into cubes. Divide into 2 and pour a quarter at the bottom of each glass.

  1. Pour a layer of yogurt, a layer of muesli and add a tsp of honey.

  2. Repeat until you use all ingredients. Serve quickly to prevent grains are tender.
