[DESSERT] Easy Caramel Pudding Recipe!

INGREDIENTS Part 1(Making the Caramel):

  1. Add 5 tablespoons of sugar to a 9 inch circle pan.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of water to the sugar. Mix the solution around.
  3. Put the caramel mixture on the stove at medium-high heat for 5 minutes until golden-brown.

  4. Set the mixture aside to cool as you prepare your pudding mixture.

INGREDIENTS Part 2(Making the pudding mixture):

Note: Preheat your oven to 450 F (230C)

  1. Crack 4 eggs into a large bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract.
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar(this is adjustable to how sweet you prefer.)
  4. Add 2 cans(740ml) of evaporated milk. Mix well.
  5. In a pan that is larger than the one your caramel is in, pour about 2 cm of water. (you can use a foil tray as well.)

  6. Put the bowl with the caramel on top of the pan with the water. It should float.

  7. Pour the pudding mixture atop the caramel base.

  8. Put it all in the oven at 450F (230C) for 30 minutes.

  9. Set the pudding on your counter for 10-15 minutes.

  10. Then, place the pudding into your fridge for 1 hour.

  11. Slide a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the pudding.

  12. Place a late above the pan and flip it to allow the pudding to settle.
