Grilled Stuffed Portobello recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Portobello

  • Smoked bacon

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic vinager

  • Salt and pepper

  • Ground pepper

  • Paprika

LET'S GET COOKING...

  • Remove the portobello's small branch. Marinate the portobello in a 3 part olive oil mixture 1 of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, ground pepper and paprika. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Cut the bacon in slices and grill until they brown. Let cool and then chop.

  • Add grated mozzarella and cook for 5 more minutes.

  • Remove from grill and on top, add the chopped bacon.
