Guinness Chocolate Brownies

To give you a taste from time to time! These Guinness Chocolate Brownies are perfect for those who like to mix alcohol with delight.

Intructions: 1. In a baking sheet covered with waxed paper distributes the bits of white chocolate.

  1. In a bowl over low heat melt butter, dark chocolate and milk and Guinness. Remove from heat.

  2. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until the beaters form an 8.

  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture.

  4. Sift flour and cocoa powder. Stir the mixture wrapping, not beating.

  5. Cover the baking sheet with the mixture and bake for 20-22 minutes at 350°F. Let cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Cut into rectangles and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
