Hello,
Not sure if it's local to my Peruvian Chicken joint but the salad dressing they put on their salads is delicious.
I asked the food prep guy what it's called and he told me "Mayonesa" which apparently just means mayonnaise.
Googling around returns nothing, anybody have any idea what the actual name for this delicious dressing is? Or better yet link to recipe so I can make it at home?
