I'm a factory rat with a wife and two kids and I was hoping to get some budget recipe ideas for me and my wife! While a google search came up with mostly steamed broccoli recipes, I figured I could ask a community. What are your favorite budget recipes for steamed dishes that have a variety of vegetables? As a sidenote I'm also planning on putting steamed vegetables over white rice as a substitute for proccessed meat sandwiches, which is also why im looking for ideas! Thank you in advance!
