INGREDIENTS

1.1 lbs cooked penne

2 cans of peeled tomatoes, crushed

½ bunch of parsley

3 ½ oz chopped ham
-
7 oz grated mozzarella cheese

Salt
-
1 .8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
LET'S GET COOKING...

Mix the penne with the crushed tomatoes. Add parsley, chopped ham and half of the mozzarella cheese.

Arrange in a baking dish, cover with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.

Preheat oven to 400º degrees and bake until gratin.
