Shrimp Lasagna recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.1 lbs cooked penne

  • 2 cans of peeled tomatoes, crushed

  • ½ bunch of parsley

  • 3 ½ oz chopped ham

  • 7 oz grated mozzarella cheese

  • Salt

  • 1 .8 oz grated Parmesan cheese

LET'S GET COOKING...

  • Mix the penne with the crushed tomatoes. Add parsley, chopped ham and half of the mozzarella cheese.

  • Arrange in a baking dish, cover with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.

  • Preheat oven to 400º degrees and bake until gratin.
