Got a question for the foodies out there. In stews which contain chicken as well as seafood, can you mix the stock?
I am making some stews this week, and trying to make gumbo for the first time, and several of the stews contain chicken and seafood. I know you sometimes mix beef and chicken for stocks, does it work to mix seafood with chicken?
And for gumbo - chicken or seafood stock?
