Hey all. I've been cooking as a hobby for a bit now and my favorite thing to do for a fancy dinner night in is a filet, medium rare with a Bernaise sauce. The thing is, the sauce is getting a little boring.
I'd love to improve upon it's flavors or take a hollandaise sauce to a new level, maybe with a sweet carrot puree blended in or something else. I tried looking online for help but every site I saw just lists how to do a basic hollandaise. Does anyone have a suggestion for a new twist on hollandaise that might fit something savory like a steak? I'm okay with spicy.
