Ingredients:
- 500 g Minced beef
- 4 slices Bread
- 1 Egg
- Milk
- Seasoning
Method:
- Tear up the bread into small pieces (could use a large cheese grater to do this)
- Add a little milk to the bread and mix to stick together (all the milk shoud get absorbed so not too much)
- Add the mince, egg and seasoning and mix together (with back of a fork)
- Form into burger shapes and grill at 180 for 20 minutes
Notes:
Seasoning usually is salt pepper and mixed herbs, but could make Cajun burgers by replacing this with Cajun spice. Also for those who wish to look, I have a few more recipes on my blog (and will be adding many more as I try new things) which can be found here.
