I was out of town recently and went to an Indian restaurant that had the best damn Butter Chicken I have ever had. It was definitely not high-end, ~$20 (Australian) for the meal. I am dying to have something at least similar, the tomato, the spices, the perfectly balanced saltiness. The entire staff looked like they just came over from India (no judgement, just sayin', they might know that traditional good-good).
Anyone got any good Butter Chicken recipes?
