Request: I bought a Rosemary and Red Wine Vinegrette Boneless Leg of Lamb. What sides should I make with it?

I’m going to roast it for Sunday dinner tomorrow, and I’ve never made lamb before. I could do the standard potatoes/carrots/onion/celery roast veggies, but I thought there’s a whole world out there where people cook lamb all the time and they might now better what side dishes to serve.

I’ve got a fully-stocked pantry and crisper drawers full of fresh winter-available fruits and vegetables. Any recommendations?
