What would you do with low quality cooked cocktail shrimps?

...except throw them out

I had friends over during the holidays & some people, who don't enjoy cooking as I do (and did that night), brought cocktail shrimp rings. They are so tasteless that I would never eat them by themselves.

What recipes would you suggest to use them?

(I had acras on my mind, but I wouldn't mind cutting off the oil so I'm looking for any ideas)
