A month ago I asked for some easy fish recipes that I'm, admittedly, only getting to now. The first suggestion that I'm following through with is salmon baked with a maple syrup/Dijon mustard mix on top (credit to that kind soul).
Just mixed the sauce (only spicy brown mustard instead) and it's weirdly good, so I might try it on other things.
So like the question asks, what are your weird toppings/dressings/sauces that don't seem like they work but they do for you?
