Griddlecakes

Egg

Corn flour

Regular flour

Some hulled hemp seed

Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp

Water

Sunflower oil 1tbsp

Buttermilk 1/8-1/4 cup. Too much makes it sour

Syrup

Mix dry, add egg, water, oil, stir a bit, add buttermilk, syrup, stir more. Too thick & it wont cook, too thin and its hard to flip
