I found the recipe online on someone's cooking blog about 6 or 7 years ago. Then I made it often enough that I got bored with it and haven't even tried to make for a few years.
I am hoping someone can help me find the original recipe? Her prep methods were different than others I've seen in my search for other saffron cream with meat recipes.
The pasta was specifically Mafalda (I used to substitute campagnelle when mafalda got hard to find.
I remember, at minimum,it called for white onions, sausage, whipping cream, saffron strands and parmesan.
Can anyone help?
