My husband grew up on sweet, brown sugar meatballs. I grew up on my grandmothers savory Italian meatballs- the best I’ve ever had, even having visited Italy.
So.. my meatball recipe is lacking to begin with, I’ve never been happy with it. I’ve tried making sweet meatballs for my husband and Italian for me, but i have never been happy with either.
Is there a recipe out there that would meet in the middle of sweet and Italian that would make both of us happy?
