A few weeks ago I had this delicious Mochi from a sushi place near my home. Now I want to recreate those at home but can’t seem to find a similar recipe. So, I wondered if anyone over here knows how to make those!
The 2 types of mochi I had were: - Belgian Chocolate Praline filling wrapped in mochi with truffle cacao - Strawberry Cheesecake filling wrapped in mochi with biscuit crumbles
Somehow I can only find the mochi dough recipe in combination with ice cream. Which these weren’t, the filling of these two is closer to some kind of dense cream or ganache.
