Being the antisocial gremlin that I am, in the rush to get out of the shop, I spotted a good looking piece of pork on sale, and thought I could make some pulled pork.
After researching this impulsive purchase, I discovered that the pork leg I bought probably won’t make good pulled pork.
Can I still do it? Any other suggestions? I don’t have a slow cooker unfortunately.
