I was in Russia and ordered some hummus and it was life changing. When I've had store brought humus before it's been really thick and the taste isn't that nice. The russian stuff was nothing like that. It was creamy almost, didn't have a strong taste, but was delicious. Can anyone suggest a recipe or a way or making a creamier, deliciouser (without adding any dairy)?
