It tastes great as is, but it has a weak flavor when diluted. That rules out soda, the intended purpose of this endeavor. I have a couple ideas but I'm looking for more since I have a pint of this stuff. First idea is replace the sugar with this in the rum mix my rum cake recipe calls for. The second thought is grapefruit mojito. Any other fun suggestions?
