Siu Mai Pork Dumpling Wrapper/Dough Recipe

I can’t find one of these recipes to save my life. I believe they have some amount of egg/egg yolk in it which gives it the yellowish color. I suppose I could make a potsticker dough but if I’m going to do it all from scratch I might as well do the proper wrappers!
