I made this lo mein recipe yesterday, but it did not taste like typical lo mein that I could get at a restaurant or takeout. The base and veggies were fine, but I am looking for a different sauce recipe if anyone has any input. I think the ginger was a bit overpowering and and the sauce was not quite as sweet as usual.
