I recently purchased a half of a pig, pre-butchered. One of the cuts that I received was called "Round roast".
How would I go about cooking this? I have a stove, oven, an immersion cooker (sousvide), grill, and a smoker at my disposal.
Can I smoke it? Does it behave like a shoulder? I'm having people over tomorrow, and wanted to use it.
